Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance of our esteemed blue chip client.
This pivotal role is crucial in ensuring optimal building performance, effectively managing maintenance teams, and driving operational efficiency in a critical environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualification in Facilities Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A proven track record as a Maintenance Manager in the real estate industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of building systems, equipment, and best practices in maintenance.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing maintenance challenges.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software and CAFM systems to streamline operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, elevators, infrastructure, and other critical systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to proactively identify and promptly address potential maintenance issues, minimizing any potential disruptions.
  • Efficiently manage and coordinate planned maintenance, repairs, and emergency calls to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the maintenance team, fostering a high-performance culture through effective training and development initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with facility management and stakeholders to align maintenance efforts with operational requirements.
  • Source, manage, and evaluate third-party vendors to optimize service delivery and achieve cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, work orders, equipment history, and associated costs to facilitate effective tracking and analysis.
  • Continuously enhance maintenance processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in maintenance management to drive continuous improvement..
