Your role
As a Maintenance Manager at Foot Locker Haps, you will be at the heart of our brand-new, fully automated warehouse. Your mission is to lead the maintenance team, oversee operations, and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction. You will be the linchpin connecting our site-based team with Vanderlande’s global office and our customer, managing everything from daily operations to spare parts and maintenance plans. Your efforts help us deliver products efficiently and on time, making a tangible difference in how people access their favorite athletic gear.
Your responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead and inspire a diverse team, including shift leaders, service technicians, flow controllers, and a maintenance coordinator. Manage shift schedules, team distribution, and overall performance to ensure effective collaboration and optimal operations.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all site-based operations and maintenance activities, ensuring the warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. Drive improvements in maintenance procedures and operational methods to enhance service delivery.
- Customer & Stakeholder Relations: Act as the site representative to maintain and improve customer satisfaction, addressing issues that impact daily operations. Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and coordinate with the head office and global O&M colleagues.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure high standards of health and safety are maintained. Manage risks and ensure a safe working environment for all employees, with a continuous focus on health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance.
- Budget & Spare Parts Management: Oversee budget management, cost control, and spare parts optimization. Handle financial aspects including warranty issues and accounts receivables, while driving continuous improvement and managing subcontractors effectively.
What we are looking for:
- Experience and Education: Previous experience in maintenance management, with a technical background. A degree in a related field is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and motivate teams, with a proven track record in managing both operations and maintenance.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to manage relationships with customers and coordinate with global teams.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and improve processes to enhance overall performance and efficiency.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt and implement new processes and technologies as needed.
- Budget Management: Experience with budget oversight and cost control.

Our offer
This position offers a competitive salary range of €4.100 to €4.900 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
On top of your fixed salary you’ll receive the following secondary benefits:
