Role Summary:
CHC Helicopters Netherlands B.V. are looking to appoint a Maintenance Manager – Nominated Person Part 145.
This role would be ideally suited to an individual who is looking for the next career move into a managers role in a business environment. This could be either coming from similar roles in a governmental, military or non-profit organization or from career progression from aviation maintenance in a business environment (as a licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer).

Key Responsibilities:
The Accountable Manager has delegated full executive responsibilities for Part-145 affairs to the Maintenance Manager, who must ensure that:
- All maintenance carried out by the Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO) meets the standards required by EASA, CAA-NL, CHC itself and customers,
- That the requirements regarding health, environment, safety and security, and associated legislation are complied with in the areas and functions for which he / she is responsible.
- The upkeep of the Company’s MOE and that adequate maintenance procedures are established, published, and readily available to achieve good maintenance practices and compliance with standards required by EASA, CAA-NL, CHC itself, and customers.
- The necessary resources (e.g. competent personnel, facilities, procedures, work sheets, maintenance data, tools, equipment, parts, materials, etc.) are available and appropriate to enable the Company to plan, perform, supervise, inspect, and certify the maintenance to which it is committed and any additional work which may be undertaken,
- Directing the production and development of maintenance plans to ensure that both long and short term maintenance resources are consistent with customer maintenance requirements
- Corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformances of internal / external compliance monitoring / quality audits are satisfactorily responded to and timely closed.
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:
- Must have the legal right to live and work in Netherlands
- Ability to hold Nominated Person Part 145 (Form 4) position within 3 to 6 months
- Clear leadership and management training and skills
- Working knowledge of EASA regulations (Part-M, Part-CAMO, Part-145, Part-66 and applicable National regulations)
- Strong understanding of industry safety standards (both aviation and HSE)
- Knowledge of best practices and standards for maintenance execution (e.g. Six Sigma and Lean Management).
- Strong Organisational Skills,
Effective communicator, highly credible with strong interpersonal skills.
- Dutch and English language fluence talking and writing is a must.
- Well-developed problem solving and analytical skills.
- Be able to deliver to targets and deadlines
- Be able to work in a pressured environment
- Preferably a working knowledge of AMOS Maintenance Systems.
