As a Maintenance Technician on our team, you will make sure our residents live in a place that is proactively inspected and superbly maintained helping to create the safe and attractive environment our residents deserve. You will conduct a variety of routine maintenance tasks, checks to services, apply basic fixes to equipment and systems and ensure facilities are fully functional. You’ll also carry out audits and make sure records are kept up-to-date.
