Reporting to the Technical manager, we are now looking for a dedicated and committed Maintenance Manager to lead our skilled employees in the maintenance department!
Main responsibilities:
- Responsibility for operation and maintenance of production equipment;
- Recruit, manage and develop the department’s employees;
- Direct personnel responsibility for approx. 20 maintenance technicians and apprentices;
- Professional support for the maintenance department;
- Machine and personal safety;
- Participate in deviation processing;
- Operation and maintenance of energy-significant equipment;
- Assessment of energy efficiency when replacing equipment and components;
- Assist in coordinating tasks between maintenance personnel and operations;
- Participate in projects and audits.
Requirements:
- Engineer (B.Sc)/(M.Sc) or technical vocational school and/or relevant experience;
- Management experience in a manufacturing context;
- Preferably knowledge of the automotive industry and its working methodology and requirements;
- Knowledge of quality work and QA systems;
- Experience in using MS Office programs;
- Good language skills in Norwegian and English.
