Maintenance Manager

Reporting to the Technical manager, we are now looking for a dedicated and committed Maintenance Manager to lead our skilled employees in the maintenance department!

Main responsibilities:

• Responsibility for operation and maintenance of production equipment;
• Recruit, manage and develop the department’s employees;
• Direct personnel responsibility for approx. 20 maintenance technicians and apprentices;
• Professional support for the maintenance department;
• Machine and personal safety;
• Participate in deviation processing;
• Operation and maintenance of energy-significant equipment;
• Assessment of energy efficiency when replacing equipment and components;
• Assist in coordinating tasks between maintenance personnel and operations;
• Participate in projects and audits.

Requirements:

• Engineer (B.Sc)/(M.Sc) or technical vocational school and/or relevant experience;
• Management experience in a manufacturing context;
• Preferably knowledge of the automotive industry and its working methodology and requirements;
• Knowledge of quality work and QA systems;
• Experience in using MS Office programs;
• Good language skills in Norwegian and English.
