We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly skilled Hotel Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at Aloft Liverpool. The ideal candidate will ensure the hotel’s physical infrastructure is in optimal condition, while ensuring all facilities comply with safety, operational, and aesthetic standards.

To succeed in the role of Maintenance Manager you will need the following qualities and skills.

• Experience in maintenance management, preferably within the hospitality industry or a similar field.
• Ability to quickly assess situations, troubleshoot, and provide effective solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
