Dunluce Lodge, a new 5-star luxury resort in Portrush, opening in early 2025, is looking for a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Manager to ensure the impeccable operation of our facilities. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a premier establishment, contributing to its high standards and seamless operations from day one.
As the Maintenance Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the hotel’s infrastructure, ensuring all facilities are in optimal condition. You will coordinate with other departments, and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure a superior guest experience.

• Oversee all aspects of hotel maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimise downtime and extend the life of equipment.
• Manage and lead the maintenance team, providing training and support as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
• Maintain an inventory of necessary tools, supplies, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage maintenance budgets and expenditures effectively.
