MAINTENANCE MECHANIC FULL TIME DAYS POSITION SUMMARY:

Maintains and repairs equipment of various types and systems throughout the organization including both patient & non-patient care areas. This equipment includes but is not limited to, HVAC equipment & Systems, electrical systems, medical gas & vacuum systems, emergency power system, and various other equipment, appliances or systems as assigned. Preforms building maintenance functions including but not limited to electrical repairs, patching & finishing drywall, painting, plumbing repairs, installing/relocating and moving facility equipment & systems.
Work will be competed in accordance with applicable codes and standards including but not limited to NFPA, NEC, ASHRAE, OSHA. Completes other duties as assigned.
Will cover Plant Operations on-call as scheduled.
Maintenance Mechanic Full Time Days Position Requirements:Education:
High school diploma preferred; Completion of technical program preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of three years’ experience in building maintenance or construction trades.
