Join our MRO Services team and support the world-class E-7A Wedgetail, an advanced airborne surveillance, communications, and battle management system.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Hold qualifications in engineering or equivalent technical experience in aviation.
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement skills at various levels.
• Familiarity with aircraft modification and a background in planning and scheduling.
• Possess a good understanding of aircraft integration.
• Must be an Australian Citizen to meet defence security requirements.
• On-site presence preferred, with some flexibility available.

• Develop the scheduled visit plan and address customer issues promptly.
• Manage resource requirements, parts inventory, and availability to support project needs.
• Verify work performed and handle sell-off paperwork.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and maintain performance metrics.
• Oversee multiple final scheduled maintenance visit plans and lead maintenance debriefs.
• Ensure proper visit management for Wedgetail Modification & Deep Maintenance program, including security vetting.
