Join our MRO Services team and support the world-class E-7A Wedgetail, an advanced airborne surveillance, communications, and battle management system.
This role is based at RAAF Base Amberley in South East Queensland and offers the chance to work with the highly advanced E-7A Wedgetail aircraft. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Hold qualifications in engineering or equivalent technical experience in aviation.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement skills at various levels.
- Familiarity with aircraft modification and a background in planning and scheduling.
- Possess a good understanding of aircraft integration.
- Must be an Australian Citizen to meet defence security requirements.
- On-site presence preferred, with some flexibility available.

Responsibilities:
- Develop the scheduled visit plan and address customer issues promptly.
- Manage resource requirements, parts inventory, and availability to support project needs.
- Verify work performed and handle sell-off paperwork.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and maintain performance metrics.
- Oversee multiple final scheduled maintenance visit plans and lead maintenance debriefs.
- Ensure proper visit management for Wedgetail Modification & Deep Maintenance program, including security vetting.
