KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (NOT LIMITED TO):
- Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on buildings, painting, plant and equipment, furniture, fittings, gardens, lawns, and carparks.
- Ensure timely completion of preventative maintenance tasks.
- Maintain asset acquisition and disposals in Maintenance Connection.
- Manage site vehicles and loading dock areas.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Site Manager on budget planning and asset management.
- Purchase and order equipment in accordance with organizational policies.
- Report and manage resident and staff complaints regarding maintenance services.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and BaptistCare policies.
