Located at our Vermont Estate Village at South Plympton, your day will see you working in picturesque surrounds, with quality amenities and a lively community that sets the backdrop for an enviable workplace.
We are seeking an energetic, committed and customer-oriented Maintenance Officer/Gardener to become an integral part of our team on a permanent full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure maintenance and repairs of common property including grounds, facilities and gardens, as required
  • Perform basic handyperson tasks including cleaning, painting, lighting maintenance, clearing gutters, disposal of rubbish, checking and maintaining air conditioning, tiling, basic plumbing, and general repairs.
  • Ensure planned maintenance of village assets is executed in accordance with the maintenance plan and legislative requirements.
  • Undertake reactive maintenance on village assets and resident assets as requested.
  • Support residents with maintenance in their unit in line with Keyton procedure.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activity is conducted to Keyton and Resident Committee standards.
  • Ensure all maintenance activity complies with relevant legislation and trade qualifications.
  • Utilise Keyton preferred suppliers where relevant and ensure all works are conducted within budget and procedure
