We are now seeking an Maintenance Officer to join our team i2020, Belfast. Join our team to oversee the safe operation, installation, maintenance, and repair of M&E services, building fabric, and specialist equipment. Coordinate both direct and subcontracted labour to deliver Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance, as well as Micro Projects across a diverse building portfolio. Ensure accurate and timely reporting in line with client specifications.

What you’ll do:

• Working within a team of circa 6 Maintenance Officers covering specific regions and specialisms
• Oversee safe operation, installation, maintenance, and repair of M&E services, building fabric, and equipment
• Coordinate direct and subcontracted labour for Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, and Micro Project
• Ensure accurate, timely reporting in line with client specifications
• Respond promptly to emergencies and issues on the client’s estate
• Coordinate internal/external stakeholders for services: Reactive & Planned, Preventative Maintenance, Remedial works and Small Projects
• Manage Health and Safety tasks and provide technical support
• Schedule and coordinate real estate services per statutory requirements
• Maintain accurate asset data across the estate

What you’ll do:
