Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the site engineers & engineering teams with the maintenance roadmap as we aim to build on the strong foundations in place.
  • Provide engineering point of escalation when site teams in need of support from external parties.
  • Work closely with site engineering and leadership teams to ensure maintenance strategies match the site objectives.
  • Support site teams with requests for investment to ensure continued progression.
  • Lead the Continuous Improvement team, setting objectives, priorities and strategy to support the THG/Manufacturing network.
  • Manage the roll out consistent performance metrics across the group and use these to identify opportunities to improve through either CI or investment.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Engineering background with experience in engineering or operational roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication skills, will challenge in positive manner and promote collaboration.
  • Experience working in a multi site role would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving techniques.
  • Autonomy and self-drive to deliver and succeed.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation, prioritise in fast a paced environment.
  • Knowledge and experience of PPM strategy, improvement techniques and tools.
  • Lean and TPM awareness.
  • Experience in Mentoring would be beneficial.
