Join our dedicated Maintenance Operations Clerk team, and you’ll be looking at a career-defining with the opportunity to grow.
This Internship role is based at our Willowbrook location (Etobicoke)
This is a 10 hours day shift, Friday to Monday

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Generate equipment inspection sheets, inspection labor hours log sheets, and defect booking sheets.
  • Book parts need to be back ordered and follow-up, coordinate status from Purchasing and Materials.
  • Generate repair work orders designated and unscheduled with corresponding forms attached.
  • Monitor outstanding defects and advise Supervisor. Ensure all resolved defects are closed in the system for equipment inspections.
  • Develop and update spreadsheets for various equipment replacement programs, modification programs, utilization and running time, and man hours spent per equipment event.
  • Close all completed inspection and repair work orders validating labor and material charges.
  • Ensure all inspections are processed on the same day

As our ideal candidate:

  • The education required is grade 12
  • Knowledge of Maximo, SAP, or any ERP application, Maximo is a plus
  • Microsoft office suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Eye to detail.
  • Able to process a high volume of work orders
