Job Summary and key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- The role will require travelling around numerous sites in Weymouth, Poole, Bournemouth, Southampton and Portsmouth.
- To carry out routine weekly/monthly tests of Fire Alarm, Emergency Light, and AOV systems within residential blocks
- Recording visits on site
- Reporting back on any faults/defects identified whilst on site.
- We have fully qualified engineers on-call to carry out further investigations of faults and rectify when required.
- The role does not require any specific training, but some experience in dealing with such systems would be preferred.
- Applicants may also be required to carry out other minor building checks whilst on site, to report back on the general condition of the building.
