Join our fabulous team at the Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort, as a Maintenance Operative.
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Operative to join the team at Farnham Estate. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, The Maintenance Person will work as part of a team to maintain the guest bedrooms, public areas, back corridors and staff areas.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Have excellent attention to detail and be computer literate
- Have excellent English, both written and spoken
- Be flexible in relation to working hours both mid-week and weekend
- Have at least one year’s previous experience in a maintenance role
Responsibilities:
- Use Samfex to coordinate with other departments allowing them to manage their daily workload.
- Ensure that all jobs are carried-out in accordance with hotel, national standards and guidelines, and the hotel’s business plan.
- Have a proven track record to carry out routine maintenance tasks as well as preventative maintenance tasks to a high specification
- Have the ability to operate well under pressure, multitask and carry out duties to the highest possible standard in a busy environment
- Have the ability to work alone when required as well as part of a team
