Description:

You will carry out routine maintenance on a range of Trust properties across the Stockport area . Reporting directly to the Estates Management Team, you will have basic knowledge of building and mechanical services.
The postholder will be employed to carry out maintenance work on non-complex engineering and building issues appropriate to their skills throughout Stockport NHS Foundation Trust premises comprising mainly of the Stepping Hill Hospital site.
With a maintenance works background, you will need to possess effective written and oral communication skills, be an enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and flexible manner.
You will be required to work rostered overtime and participate in the On-Call rota for inclement weather using the Estates vehicles as required.
