Responsibilities:
At Bob Scott Retirement Village in Petone we have an exciting opportunity to join our experienced team as a Maintenance Person. This is a full time, fixed term of six months position working Monday to Friday 0800 - 1630.
In this role you will:
- Work in a team providing the village with an effective maintenance/preventative maintenance service ensuring the safety, repair and appearance of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds
- Assist residents in their homes with repairs and maintenance
- Ensure that all health and safety policies are adhered to, to ensure the safety of residents, staff and visitors
- Work closely with and support your colleagues
