Responsibilities:

  • Work with Senior Trades, Maintenance Coordinators and Operations to develop planned work
  • Manage Preventative Maintenance (PM) plans; develop new and refine existing plans where applicable
  • Partner with Operations in turnaround planning to develop task lists for routine tasks and turn around activities
  • Facilitate weekly maintenance review meetings with Operations, Maintenance Sr. Coordinators and Advisors to discuss ongoing activities, prioritize activities, review upcoming planned work for the next two weeks and identify maintenance requirements
  • Participate in monthly cost review and annual budget development meetings with Sr. Maintenance Coordinators, Maintenance Planners, Operations Engineering, and Operations
