In order to strengthen our Technologies & Infrastructures Department we are looking to hire an Maintenance Process Engineering Specialist based in Maranello (Italy).
You will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient maintenance and operation of technological installations in the areas of competence.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the maintenance of production software, ensuring the transversalisation of PLC and IoT architectures for the assigned technological areas
- Defining and managing maintenance indicators for the areas of competence and contribute to maintenance management best practices
- Collaborating with the maintenance teams of the technological and testing areas
- Supporting in Cybersecurity OT activities
In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Master-degree in Engineering or equivalent.
You should ideally have gained at least 2 years’ dedicated experience in one or more of the following areas: Maintenance, Cybersecurity, Manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry.
In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to work in a highly-dynamic and fast-changing environment, strong communication skills and accountability are important skillset to manage activities and responsibility of the role. It is important to be proactive proposing new solutions to optimize all the maintenance’s processes and activities.
Fluent English is required for the position and Italian language skills are an advantage. We appreciate individuals with experience outside their country of origin, allowing for a multicultural mindset.
