Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer
- Position Title: Machine Operator (Maintenance & Production)
- Working Location: West – Boon Lay (Nearby Jurong Shipyard)
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri: 8 AM – 5 PM, Sat: 8 AM - 12 PM)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD2800 + OT + Travel Allowance + AWS + Performance bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Read and follow job orders
- Determine the required quantity to meet daily output
- Prepare and set up machines for production – clean, checking etc.
- Ensure to carry out machine operation and maintenance in good and safe working conditions
- Control and run the machine to the fullest extent
- Being able to identify any faults or problems in operations or maintenance of machines and troubleshoot arising issues
- Inspect the machine outputs for process and quality control
- Provide detailed reports and logs on the work done daily
- Keep up with safety requirements and maintain a safe work setting at all times
- Proposing improvements to the process or machines as needed
- Reporting safety hazards within the work environment
- Debagging activities and packing products in 25kg HL and jumbo bags
