Job Description
As the Maintenance & Reliability Manager, you’ll oversee the maintenance team, including a Maintenance Supervisor, skilled tradespeople, apprentices, and support staff. You’ll be the driving force behind maintaining plant efficiency and reliability, ensuring operational success while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a dynamic team of tradespeople, skilled labour, and apprentices.
- Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to plan and execute maintenance operations.
- Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies to maximise plant reliability and minimise downtime.
- Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Manage resources and budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions while meeting operational needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues with a hands-on approach.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
