Maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO) Specialist

The Engineering division is now seeking a Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) Specialist for a 1-year fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this key role focuses on managing MRO inventory and the CMMS system, codifying parts, maintaining vendor relations, and planning and scheduling maintenance activities. The goal is to reduce downtime, enhance operations, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance, repair, and operations management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, inventory control, and supplier management.
• Experience in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and other maintenance-related software.
