POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our maintenance services to potential and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and provide recommendations for appropriate services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
