Becoming a Senior Maintenance Warehouse Operative at Lidl is a great opportunity to demonstrate your leadership qualities in a dynamic role, reporting to the Warehouse Assistant Team Manager. As a Senior Maintenance Warehouse Operative at Lidl, you will help run the shift, train new starters and contribute your ideas on how to optimise warehouse processes to improve our supply chain. • Perform general warehouse operative duties e.g. Intake checks, picking goods, processing store returns
• Assist with daily shift management
• Promote efficient working methods / highlight inefficiencies
• Support warehouse operative training & mentoring
• Support inventory control methods
• Promote high warehouse standards

This is a Fixed Term Contract until August 2025

• Max. rate includes £1.50 extra per hour for hours worked in the freezer and £3 extra per hour for hours worked between 00.00 - 05.00.
