As a Shift Maintenance Technician you will be working with the LotusWorks team in the Biologics sector. This job is based in a cutting-edge facility in Dunboyne, Co. Meath.
As Shift Maintenance Technician you will perform and carry out a variety of maintenance tasks included but not limited to preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, predictive data collection.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • 2 years’ experience in Biotechnology and/ or pharmaceutical industry or equivalent.
  • A good understanding of manufacturing processes, maintenance, and reliability best practices.
  • Experience with Delta V, SAP.
  • Experience creating and developing work plan and work construction.
  • Ability to think logically and be proactive under pressure.
  • Ability to work as part of a shift team and on own initiative in a constructive manner.
  • Flexible and self-motivated.

EDUCATION / LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a Level 6 Mechanical Trade Qualification.
  • Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate and support site engineering and maintenance reliability initiatives and programmes.
  • Perform supporting activities for operational readiness, equipment qualification and site projects.
  • Perform and carry out a variety of maintenance tasks including but not limited to preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, predictive data collection in a GxP environment using site CMMS.
  • Lead and support site investigations, identifying root cause identify measures to prevent recurrence.
  • The candidate will have strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills
