We are looking for a Maintenance Specialist to who will gather information through technical data analysis to generate and design maintenance recommendations for processing equipment installed and to be installed at our clients’ facilities, ensuring compliance with TPMS (Tetra Pak Maintenance System) process and tools. Drive the implementation and consistent use of the global standards of maintenance management to effectively contribute to system performance and customer experience. Support development, deployment, improvement of maintenance recommendations for Processing equipment.
The primary duty involves consistent engagement with the US Market, consequently, proficiency in English is a critical prerequisite, with an expectation of 100% fluency.
This position could be based in any of our offices in: Denton, Vernon Hills, Polanco, Bogotá, Lima, Quito or Panamá.
You may be required to travel up to 25% of your time to our clients sites. So having an American visa is highly desirable for this position.

Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Specialist you will:
- Drive the consistent use and application of the global maintenance process and tools within own area of responsibility, compliance to TPMS (Preventive Maintenance) process schedule.
- Participate in continuous improvement of maintenance recommendation via advanced analysis.
- Participate in development of maintenance recommendation for Processing equipment’s.
- Support maintenance customer assessments and deliver customer adapted maintenance management to secure system performance.
- Provide support to the Service Engineers to resolve maintenance related issues, ensure that process is consistently followed and applied to ensure rapid and permanent resolution.
- Support to define and implement our approach to Maintenance mgmt. of Customized processing applications and advanced functions.
- Support reviewing maintenance recommendations on request by sales team (Single Sales, Service Contract).
- Participate in continuous improvement of process, tools, and competence for maintenance.
