At our facility in Mississauga you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Specialty Product Group as the Maintenance Supervisor in an engaging facility :

  • Oversee all maintenance employees and contractors
  • Adhere to all maintenance budgets provided by the company
  • Apply, maintain, and improve any reliability systems alongside the Reliability Lead
  • Help implement any continuous improvement initiatives happening within the facility
  • Monitor all health and safety risks identified in your department
  • Engage and develop your employees with an emphasis on Servant Leadership
  • Manage all scheduling for shut downs, preventative maintenance, and employee needs

  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing sector
  • Experiences in trades, a licensed Electrician is an asset
  • Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency and pride
  • SAP and maintenance planning experience
  • Ability to present weekly updates in leadership meetings
  • A drive or passion for growth and development for your team
  • Solution seeking mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
