At our facility in Mississauga you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Specialty Product Group as the Maintenance Supervisor in an engaging facility :
- Oversee all maintenance employees and contractors
- Adhere to all maintenance budgets provided by the company
- Apply, maintain, and improve any reliability systems alongside the Reliability Lead
- Help implement any continuous improvement initiatives happening within the facility
- Monitor all health and safety risks identified in your department
- Engage and develop your employees with an emphasis on Servant Leadership
- Manage all scheduling for shut downs, preventative maintenance, and employee needs

- 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing sector
- Experiences in trades, a licensed Electrician is an asset
- Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency and pride
- SAP and maintenance planning experience
- Ability to present weekly updates in leadership meetings
- A drive or passion for growth and development for your team
- Solution seeking mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
