The Opportunity |Te kōwhiringa
Our team is on the hunt for a Maintenance Supervisor to drive Taupo CWNOC (Central Waikato Network Outcomes Contract), Maintenance and Renewals works. Be responsible for the planning and delivery of maintenance projects, promoting a zero harm environment, and building a high-performing crew.
Your day to day will involve contract requirement delivery & the optimisation of resource use (including staff and plant management). You will also drive projects to ensure we meet targeted results to the satisfaction of our clients - on time and within budget, all the while building solid relationships!
Ultimately, you will be responsible for excellent planning and delivery. This is a full time, permanent opportunity based from our Rotokawa, Taupo depot.

IMPORTANT SKILLS | NGA PŪKENGA MATUA

This role requires someone with operational experience in the civil construction or maintenance infrastructure sector. You will understand industry best practice and strive for excellence & a high-performance delivery culture.

You’ll also bring with you;

  • A Full Class 2 Drivers licence & WTR endorsements
  • Proven willingness and capability to learn
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Great interpersonal skills to engage with both internal and external stakeholders
  • A positive attitude, punctuality and a commitment to providing high-quality services
  • Computer literacy (RAMM knowledge an added advantage)
