Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Team Management: Lead and supervise mechanics and electricians to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Emergency Repairs: Oversee emergency breakdown repairs with your team for quick resolutions.
  • Equipment Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and systems for optimal performance.
  • Maintenance Planning: Schedule corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance activities efficiently.
  • Cross-department Communication: Facilitate effective communication with other departments to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Sub-contractor Supervision: Monitor sub-contractors’ work quality and adherence to deadlines through diligent follow-ups.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Manage the maintenance staff effectively in coordination with Maintenance Management
  • Execute diversified duties such as installing/maintaining plant machinery
  • Provide both emergency repairs during production cycles & scheduled servicing
  • Diagnose issues swiftly; replace/repair parts & make necessary adjustments
  • Regularly perform mechanical skills - electrical troubleshooting included
  • Utilize hand/power tools proficiently while adhering strictly to safety regulations
  • Engage actively in building upkeep—including new constructions or renovations
  • Complete essential reports accurately—ensuring all records stay updated
