Join Our Team as a Maintenance Supervisor
Are you a skilled technician with a passion for keeping machinery running smoothly? We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor with Dual License who will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing our plant’s mechanical equipment. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong mechanical background, and the required licenses, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on a variety of mechanical equipment, including motors, pumps, conveyors, and more.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Replace worn or damaged parts to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify safety hazards.Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and repairs performed.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment.
- Valid Millwright and Electrician licenses.
- Dual License is Needed For This Role
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and practices.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with team members and management.
