WHAT TO EXPECT

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for our Siloam Springs, AR plant. This individual will have the responsibility of coordinating the daily schedules for the department, work closely with the engineering group on project installations, and lead the maintenance department to achieve maintenance excellence goals.

• Collaboratively planning, directing, and coordinating the maintenance team’s work schedules.
• Supporting and mentoring a variety of staff.
• Ensuring proper training levels through the careful selection, considerate interviewing, and inclusive training of personnel.
• Maintain reporting.
• Interpreting and evaluating information, and applying careful judgment in setting working group priorities, interpreting policies, and establishing approaches.
• Must be able to work rotating 12 hours shifts, 6am - 6pm
