JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparation, implementation and supervision of civil engineering work schedules.
• Establishment of development studies, in coordination with the various engineering firms and internal partners.
• Verification of plans and technical specifications of projects (new projects, development or redevelopment of existing projects).
• Estimation and preparation of budgets for various civil engineering projects.
• Development of specifications relating to the maintenance and upkeep of heritage.
• Periodic evaluation and audit of buildings and sites (preventive and corrective maintenance), with preparation of audit reports and plan for lifting reservations and non-conformities.
• In coordination with the HSE, take into consideration the guidelines issued in terms of regulations and laws in force, governing occupational health and safety.
• Financial control and responsibility, validation and monitoring of invoicing and payment statements, validation of attachments by the project owner or by the project manager (BET) and establishment of acceptance reports
• Ensure that the as-built plans are prepared by the engineering firms and submitted at the end of each project.

JOB EXPERIENCE

• Graduate in Architecture or industrial maintenance.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or any other IT tool related to the building architecture component.
• Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, MS Project, etc.)

EXPERIENCE :

• Three to five years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of regulations and standards for the occupation of spaces and technical installations in buildings.
