ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team at our exceptional Orchards Village. Partnering with our Village Manager you will manage the maintenance of our award-winning architectural designs, which each boast unique beautiful gardens and state of the art facilities.
The Maintenance Supervisor will play a key part in our village ensuring our residents continue to enjoy extraordinary living experiences in a well presented and safe environment.
Hours are Monday to Friday 7:30 - 4pm

SOME OF THE GREAT THINGS YOU’LL BE DOING

• Ensure Villages meet all Building Warrant of Fitness requirements and adheres to health and safety standards
• Coordination and responsibility for day to day village repairs and maintenance
• Plan and oversee long term maintenance programmes
• Manage contractors and keep them accountable for delivering quality results within budget and set time frames
