Description:
Are you a leader with a knack for guiding skilled teams? We’re seeking a dynamic Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and inspire our maintenance crew.
Responsibilities:
Lead the SKYCITY Facilities Officer team in support of SKYCITY’s vision to be the centre of world-class entertainment. Contribute to the delivery of a professional quality maintenance service to ensure that the building infrastructure and surrounding areas meet the expectations of the business.
Generally, Monday - Friday 6am to 2:30pm with occasional after hours and weekend work when needed. Able to receive calls and provide advice to team after hours/
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and report on maintenance performance and KPIs.
