We are looking for a strong maintenance professional with demonstrated background in either mechanical or electrical trade disciplines.
Your proven leadership experience with the ability to engage and improve the performance of our team and overall assets and your passion for problem-solving and root-cause analysis will see you succeed in this pivotal role.

  • Proven experience in a production / manufacturing environment
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify safety, asset and cost opportunities
  • Ability to lead and manage change and implement improvement initiatives
  • Proven coaching and conflict resolution
  • Understanding and application of Asset Management systems and processes
  • Good computer skills with the ability to present to large groups
  • Experience preferred with SAP & Microsoft project

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support, guidance and leadership to team members while prioritising a safety-first culture within the team
  • Owning the maintenance improvement, breakdown elimination and related losses
  • Supporting the site to develop efficient and cost-effective asset plans which assist the operation of site processes
  • Playing an active role in leading IWS standards across the plant
  • Build strong and collaborative working relationships with key internal and external contact
