Your proven leadership experience with the ability to engage and improve the performance of our team and overall assets and your passion for problem-solving and root-cause analysis will see you succeed in this pivotal role.

- Proven experience in a production / manufacturing environment
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify safety, asset and cost opportunities
- Ability to lead and manage change and implement improvement initiatives
- Proven coaching and conflict resolution
- Understanding and application of Asset Management systems and processes
- Good computer skills with the ability to present to large groups
- Experience preferred with SAP & Microsoft project
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing support, guidance and leadership to team members while prioritising a safety-first culture within the team
- Owning the maintenance improvement, breakdown elimination and related losses
- Supporting the site to develop efficient and cost-effective asset plans which assist the operation of site processes
- Playing an active role in leading IWS standards across the plant
- Build strong and collaborative working relationships with key internal and external contact
