Your Opportunity
Khadamat are looking for a Maintenance Team Leader - Systems who will provide a professional service to ensure that all Building Services and Systems are maintained and operated to the required standards and control of Campus critical systems.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience of the operation and maintenance of MEP/Building services specialist systems. These include but are not limited to BMS, Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Elevators , UPS ,Master Clock system, CBU units, Fire Suppression systems, Medical Gas systems etc with good communication skills and the ability to take on new assignments at short notice.
This role is part of the Khadamat team and will be based in Al Ain, UAE.
Key Accountabilities
Monitor & supervise the operation and maintenance of the specialist MEP/Building servicessystems
Monitor, interrogate and manage the building services specialist systems
Supervise & control the specialist system technicians & specialist subcontract staffs
Support the Building services department in sub contracting procedures
Monitor specialist sub contractors compliance to SLA & KPI
Provide support for data gathering pertaining to building services reports on the operation andmaintenance of specialist systems.
Manage the data bank & service reports of Building services department
Support the specialist systems sub-contractors with their planned maintenance
Ensure that all Health and Safety practices are adhered to and are being followed at all times
Participate in the ‘on call’ rota.
Coordinate with team to reach planned objectives
To work safely at all times and to report all hazards and incidents to DepartmentalSupervisors/Managers.
Specific Requirements
Appropriate technical qualification (Degree/Diploma) in Electronics or electrical discipline
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a similar role
Experienced in fault finding and diagnosis
Ability to manage sub-contractors
Understanding the principles of Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Communications Network Equipment
Computer literate
Customer focused
Knowledge of Health and Safety requirement
