What You’ll Do:

  • Monitor, operate, and maintain our CO2 refrigeration system. Conduct inspections, diagnose for irregularities and malfunctions.
  • Provide routine support for other non-refrigeration building equipment such as office hvac, dock equipment, and others warehouse equipment.
  • Create and train other operators on SOPs for the system.
  • Perform various inspections on equipment to ensure safety and coordinated with vendors and contractors as needed.
  • Work with various teams to develop and implement safety procedures.
  • Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.
