An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced, skilled professional to join our Maintenance Team. The ideal candidate to have experience in a similar role in Maintenance , specifically within a Hotel environment. Electrician, plumbing and carpentry skills would be an advantage.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking individual who has previous experience in this area.

• To ensure the maintenance department is effective in its role of maintaining the Marine Hotel .
• To maintain the maintenance programme on all emergency lighting, goods and passenger lifts, heating and hot water equipment, drains and surface water etc.
• To establish and maintain stakeholder relationships with external contractors.
• Responsible for the ordering in of any spare parts and to maintain a good stock of disposable spares i.e. lamps, circuit protection equipment, wallpaper etc.
• Carry out to the best of your ability all reasonable duties as requested by Management. This will include:
• To Operate the preventative maintenance Program Hippo efficiently
• To gain knowledge of all Plant and swimming pools
• To be available on a 24 hour call out
• To ensure the maintenance department is kept clean and tidy
