KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• To do preventive maintenance for all equipment in MPC , Coil , and Warehouse base on schedule – MTBF as per target
• To repair machines process breakdown in MPC , Coil , and Warehouse especially for electrical, instrumentation and automation jobs - MTTR as per target
• To repair damaged facilities of electrical scope at site base on work order – Maintenance notification closing as per target
• To do improvement project for enhancing reliability and productivity of equipment in MPC , Coil , and Warehouse – Target : Ontime execution & quatity of improvement project as per target
• To supervise the contractor especially for electrical, instrumentation and automation jobs – On time 3rd party job execution
• Proactively involve in manufacturing improvement, and ALPS (AkzoNobel Leading Performance System)

EXPERIENCE

Educational/Professional Qualifications and Experience:

• Vocational School or Diploma (Management, Business Administration)
• 5 years of experience in paint industry or other process industry

Skills,Knowledge & Personal characteristics:

List the essential educational qualifications, relevant experience and required skills.

• Electrical control and power distribution
• Process Control (PLC, SCADA) and Instrumentation
• Engineering standard (ISO & HSE)
• Certified electrical safety expert (Ahli K3 Listrik)

EDUCATION
