To support our Company’s growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Maintenance Technician who will be part of the Operations Unit within our Maintenance team.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma (preferably in Electronics, Mechanics or technical fields).
  • At least 2 years of experience with electrical, electronic and mechanical manufacturing equipment and safety standards in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and safety standards.
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule/shift/working area.
  • Good understanding of the English language.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & SKILLS

  • Proven experience in reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Able to troubleshoot basic input and output functions.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic principles.
  • Hands-on experience with automated systems and controls, including PLCs.
  • Practical experience in conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and applications.
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of production line equipment. You will have the opportunity to install, maintain and repair the latest technologies available to transform raw material into a finished and flight-ready satellite.

The activities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
  • Perform preventive maintenance according to procedures and related documentation.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems.
  • Maintain and encourage a positive working relationship in all team interactions.
  • Track and store stock.
  • Support maintenance planning and related key activity structure, selecting best actions to restore the plan in case of need.
