QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
Reports to: Maintenance Manager
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, welding and repairs on plant machinery and equipment, including woodworking machines, paint systems, conveyor belts, and HVAC systems.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and carry out necessary repairs to minimize production interruptions.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company safety standards and regulations. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed, parts used, and scheduled maintenance tasks. Update maintenance logs and work orders as required.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies. Order replacement parts as necessary to ensure minimal downtime.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with production teams to understand equipment issues and develop solutions that improve overall plant efficiency.
- Emergency Response: Be available to respond to emergency maintenance requests, including during off-hours and weekends, as necessary.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and performance. Provide input on equipment upgrades and new installations.
