Our growing portfolio includes more than 12,000 homes in 9 towns and cities across the UK, and we now require a Maintenance Technician to join our award-winning team at our luxurious apartment complex, Aston Place, located in the heart of Birmingham.

ABOUT THE ROLE

With a minimum of 2 years’ experience and a proven track record in residential repair and refurbishment, building maintenance and statutory compliance. You will lead by example in ensuring safe working practices. In this role, you will often be the first point of contact for residents reporting maintenance issues, so you will have a strong focus on customer service and the ability to remain calm under pressure and manage customer expectations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Completion of statutory, planned, and reactive maintenance, ensuring accurate record keeping
• All apartment maintenance from mid-term to end of tenancy
• Ensuring compliance with the development’s waste management strategy in conjunction with our housekeeping team
• Portable appliance testing
• Undertaking apartment inspections when required
• Providing cover for colleagues as necessary
• Maintaining our communal gardens and external estates areas, ensuring they are always presented to our brand standards.
