Description:
COMPENSATION DESCRIPTION:
$24.00 – 27.00/hr Competitive pay commensurate with education and experience. This is a full-time position with an expectation of working 40 hours a week on average.

Due to the nature of our 24-hour operation, there is no guaranteed work schedule. Managers will try to accommodate specific schedule requests, but they are never guaranteed if business volume prohibits.

Requirements:
- Hiigh school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience required.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills for work order systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry 30+ lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Be friendly, outgoing, and enjoy interacting with the public.
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
PURPOSE STATEMENT
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the functionality and appearance of all ranch facilities, property, and equipment. This role is crucial in ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests and staff by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail. Commercial maintenance experience is required to meet the high standards of care needed across our diverse property and facilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the team to complete HotSOS maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Perform repairs and upkeep across all Ranch properties, ensuring they are in top condition.
- Handle plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and painting as needed.
- Ensure all areas are maintained in a clean and secure manner.
- Accurately complete work orders with efficiency.
- Participate in emergency maintenance coverage when required.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
- Support team projects to improve Ranch facilities.
- Assist with any other tasks as assigned by the Director of Facilities to enhance the guest experience.
