Maintenance Technician -Direct

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ensure all electrical/mechanical equipment supporting the facility are maintained, functioning properly and make necessary repairs and/or perform maintenance
First line support for facilities equipment
Conduct daily monitoring of facilities equipment
Conduct minor repair and preventive maintenance of facilities equipment
Work with the Facilities Team and stakeholders in project implementation
Facilitate Facilities On-line request tool
Create Facilities purchase request for facilities consumables
Coordinate with different electro-mechanical vendors/providers

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of any electrical, mechanical, electro-mechanical, electronics courses, or equivalent
With good communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
Well-versed in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc…)
Detail-oriented, analytical, organized and can work with minimum supervision
Can work under pressure and off-hours, if needed
Having a technical know-how and carpentry experience is an advantag
