POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid trade certificate (e.g., Electrical, Millwright, Machinist, or Industrial Mechanic) or enrolled in an applicable program.
• Previous maintenance experience in a food processing environment, an asset.
• High level of critical and logical thinking.
• Analytical, with problem-identification and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to interact and work professionally as a part of a team as well as work independently.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is essential.
• Effective communication skills.
• Must be willing to work rotating shifts.
