Aurelia Metals Limited (ASX: AMI) (‘Aurelia’) is an Australian gold and base metals mining and exploration company. We own and operate two underground mines and processing facilities in New South Wales (NSW) and have an enviable portfolio of organic growth prospects in the region.
An exciting opportunity exists to join our Federation Project team. Having secured a funding solution for the Project in May 2023, we’ve started mobilising to site. Federation is one of the highest-grade base metals development projects in Australia. The Federation deposit hosts high-grade zinc, lead, and gold mineralisation and is located in 15 kilometers’ south of the central-west township of Nymagee. – this is a new mine site opening not to be missed!

Responsibilities:
To provide a responsible high-quality contribution to the maintenance of the ore processing facility whilst adhering to Health and Safety Standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify hazards and risk while performing daily tasks and implement preventative measures.
- Comply with provided systems, practices, methods, standards and procedures of the job.
- Visual inspection of working area carried out to ensure workplace safety
- Monitor process plant through visual inspection and instrumentation. Identify maintenance issues, report them in INX
- Maintain work areas and housekeeping to a high standard.
- Provide leadership to contract fixed plant maintenance personnel on site for specific tasks or shutdowns.
- Perform basic operations activities if required.
- Operate mobile equipment.
- Ensure all work is to a high standard.
- Function as a member of the fixed plant maintenance team providing support to this team and operations personnel as required.
- Complete assigned PM’s
- Undertake break down work as required
- Communicate and liaise with Maintenance Co-Ordinator/ Shift Supervisors / Safety Representatives / Process Technicians / Other Team Members.
Understand and comply with all Safety policies, procedures, guidelines and practices.Identify and report any potential hazards as appropriate.
