JOB SUMMARY

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance and operational efficiency of FlyeFit’s gym facilities across all 21 locations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and have a strong background in maintenance.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Experience maintaining small plant and building equipment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with health and safety protocols related to building maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexibility and availability for occasional out-of-hours emergency maintenance work.

• Perform general property maintenance across Flyefit gym locations.
• Carry out small plumbing repairs, ensuring all fixtures and fittings are in good working order.
• Conduct regular air conditioning maintenance to ensure efficient operation.
• Perform general fabric upkeep, including minor repairs to walls, flooring.
• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently to minimize disruption to gym operations.
• Assist with general upkeep of the buildings and its facilities.
