QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing manufacturing equipment.
• Strong mix of maintenance and electrical experience.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, walking, climbing, bending, and reaching.

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment.
• Maintain, install, and troubleshoot AC motors, PLCs, and electrical controls.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Align, fit, or assemble component parts using hand or power tools.
• Test electro-mechanical assemblies using testing instruments.
• Adhere to LOTO procedures and established safety rules to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Work off the floor in a scissor lift, on a catwalk, or ladder as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure efficient maintenance operations.
