Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair our beauty machines.
• Maintain and problem solve electrical technicality issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and updates to ensure machines operate efficiently.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and staff.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and apply them to improve our offerings.
• Find solutions to problems, ensuring the continuous operation and efficiency of our machines.

Requirements:

• Diploma, degree, ITE in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Machine Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to speak and understand both English and Chinese.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
